Log Book Service
A log book service is carried out on a new or used car according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and using genuine or appropriate quality parts where required. When you get a log book service done with us, you will retain your car statutory warranty
Once your service is complete, we will stamp your vehicles handbook as a record of regular maintenance. This can be very important when it comes to achieving a higher resale value for your car.
Minor Service
A minor service should be done on all vehicles every 5,000 to 10,000 Km. This includes:
- changing the engine oil and oil filter
- inspect engine bay components, including all belts, electrical system
- inspect underbody, including exhaust system, steering, suspension and tyres
- topping up fluids such as battery, brake, clutch, power steering
Major Service
A Major service is a more thorough service which is carried out at specific intervals defined by the vehicle manufacturer, or as required. This includes, but it not limited to:
- changing the engine oil and oil filter
- change other filters, such as fuel, air
- change spark plugs and leads if required
- change auxiliary belts and internal belts if required
- change fluids and oils, such as radiator, brakes, power steering, gearbox and diff
- check suspension; bushes and ball joints
- check steering; steering rack and tie rod ends
- check and adjust brakes; discs, drums and pads
- thorough inspection of components such as Air Conditioning, electrical components
- thorough inspection of underbody components such as exhaust, gearbox and diff

Safety Checks (Pink and Blue Slips)
Pink Slip: This is a safety inspection report that proves your vehicle is roadworthy. All vehicles more than 5 years old need a pink slip upon renewal of registration.
e-Safety Check: This is a Pink Slip that is sent to the RTA electronically. This allows you to renew your rego online or by phone.
Blue Slip: This is a safety inspection report for unregistered vehicles. This proves your vehicle is roadworthy and also makes sure the car meets design and identity standards.
